Job Title:
You will be employed as a Project Administrator, and your duties will be as advised by your Manager/Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Marketing Requirements:
- Collaborate with line manager or clients to discuss business methods, products, or services, and target customer groups.
- Identify marketing requirements thorough meetings and discussions with different parties to ensure alignment with the business objectives.
- Develop Research Methodologies:
- Establish appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
- Prepare detailed proposals outlining the program of work and associated costs, ensuring comprehensive and cost-effective research strategies.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collate data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and market analysis tools.
- Interpret research findings and present results to clients in a clear and actionable format.
- Use statistical software and analytical tools to derive meaningful insights from the data collected.
- Recommendation and Implementation:
- Discuss findings with relevant departments to propose necessary changes in service offering, pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
- Brief the advertising team on client requirements and monitor the progress of advertising campaigns.
- Liaise with clients to suggest potential modifications to ongoing campaigns based on market research findings.
- Consumer Insight Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of projects aimed at understanding consumer preferences and requirements.
- Gather insights from target groups to help suppliers meet consumer needs effectively.
- Project Monitoring:
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Develop the Log, manage, and analyse information on the progress of the project using tools like Excel and bespoke databases.
- Stakeholder Liaison:
- Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
- Planning and Risk Management:
- Assist in project planning and the identification and management of risks and issues.
- Provide support to the project manager and the project team, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
Project Support Officer Duties:
- Assist in the organization, planning, monitoring, and execution of projects, ensuring they are well-resourced and stay on schedule. They play a crucial role in supporting project teams, coordinating activities, and maintaining effective communication between all stakeholders.
